Q. Are PROJECT X DESIGNS officially affiliated with any of the watch brands offered on the website?
A. No. We are an independent company offering bespoke customisations in a non official capacity to existing watch brands official watches.

Q. Are all of the base models offered, brand new watches?
A. Yes, to ensure that we achieve the highest quality when adding customisation options to a Bespoke or Limited Edition, we will only use new examples.

Q. Will the modifications invalidate the official brand manufacturers guarantee ?
A. We would expect so. Therefore all brand maufacturers warranties are automatically transferred to PROJECT X DESIGNS. Our own team of experienced Rolex trained watchmakers will undertake any servicing requirements and provide an international guarantee of timekeeping for 1 year after the service is complete. We would be also happy to resolve any problems that may arise with the watch at any other time.

Q. Can I provide my own watch for customisation?
A. Unfortunately not. We strive to acheive the exceptional in both design and finish, therefore we insist on using products in new condition, of the highest quality from authorised retailers.

Q. Will the original paperwork, boxes and accessories be provided with the watch?
A. Yes, all original documentation will be provided with your watch, as well as a PROJECT X DESIGNS certificate confirming the watch serial and design specification.

Q. Are all of the custom options advertised on the website, tested before being available?
A. Yes, without question, the customisaton options offered only become available once we have rigourously tested them and are completely satisfied with the results.

Q. Will you make specific customisations on the clients request?
A. Yes, all requests are consider and investigated. If we feel we are able to deliver the requirement and maintain our quality control criteria we would be more than happy to make adhoc bespoke alterations.

Q. Are the modifications reversible?
A. In the majority of instances the watch can be restored to its original configuration. It will be clearly stated within the customisation option description if this is not the case. The cost & timescales to reverse a process will be agreed at the time.

Q. How will the watches be shipped?
A. Orders received for delivery in the USA can be shipped from the USA via USPS. Orders received for delivery in the UK will be ship from the UK via Parcelforce. Orders received for delivery to other international destinations will be shipped from the UK via Fedex International Priority.

Q. Once a Limited Editions range is sold out will its design be repeated?
A. No. Each range no matter how popular will only be produced once. The features + configuration selected will be used for that batch of watches.

Q. Can additional bespoke options be added at a later date?
A. Yes. As new options become available, if they are suitable for your particular model, then they can be added at a later date.
