The spring loaded fixed bars are a flexible option, where the standard spring bars between the lugs that hold the watch bracelet, are removed and thicker spring bars are fixed in their place. Providing greater resistance in extreme conditions than the standard removable spring bars, allowing for use with NATO straps, without the cost and expense of a permanent solution.
