The magnifier or cylops over the date window is designed to provide magnification to the date function and introduced on many sports watches in the late 1960s.

A homage to the earlier sports watches, particuary the non date Rolex Submariners of the 1950s, this bespoke option removes the existing cyclops or magnifier from the sapphire crystal to provide a cleaner, flatter more balanced look to the watch.

Using our skilled technicians the cyclops will be removed and sapphire crystal finished by hand to a factory standard, any previous evidence of cyclops will be completely removed.
