Payment and Shipping

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

- Cash (With Identification)
- Bank to Bank Transfer
- Debit Card
- Credit Card 
- American Express

Orders placed directly via the automated website Debit, Credit or Charge card facility are required to be settled in full at the time of the order. 

Orders placed via the website "enquire about my design" facility, email, in person or via the telephone require a deposit of 50% of the final cost to be made on confirmation of the order with the balance to be paid on completion of the order but before delivery or collection.

For security reasons we will only ship to confirmed addresses that match the Credit, Charge or Debit card. Identification will also be required

All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of UK VAT 

Shipping for all orders is provided FREE of charge, regardless of its final destination.

You will be notified once your order is complete and on receipt of the final balance, your order will be securely packaged and shipped on the next available working day (Mon-Thurs).

Orders received for delivery in the UK will be shipped from the UK via overnight courier

Orders received for delivery to other International destinations will be shipped via Fedex International Priority or USPS (where applicable).

Import duty 

If you order watches from us for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the watches are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
